Chris is licensed in California and Nevada and serves buyers and sellers throughout the Truckee and Lake Tahoe regions. Chris is a 2022 International President’s Circle designee, ranking him in the top 5% of all agents worldwide, as well as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN). In his diverse career, he has handled everything from managing commercial real estate and capital improvements to overseeing environmental programs, transportation, and infrastructure development. As a result, Chris is armed with a well-rounded and comprehensive view of the real estate industry.
After spending nearly a decade in the U.S. Coast Guard sailing up and down the Pacific Coast, Chris settled in the Bay Area, receiving his BA at San Francisco State University and his MBA at Saint Mary’s College of California. He then began his career in real estate and urban planning.
Chris’ sincere desire to help both his community and his clients quickly earned him a stellar reputation in the real estate community. He is an elected member of the Board of Directors for the Truckee Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Mountain Housing Council. Chris lives in Truckee with his wife Carlynne, and daughters Hazel and Isla.
