Martis Camp
Residents have access to the private Martis Camp Express ski lift, as well as Lookout Lodge where you can warm up your boots, pay for your ski lesson and grab a coffee before hitting the slopes.
Martis Camp is Truckee’s premier luxury community with a private high-speed quad lift to Northstar California’s slopes, 7,751-yard Tom Fazio designed golf course and a members only beach ‘shack’ right on the shores of Lake Tahoe.
Schaffer’s Mill
Schaffer’s has their private Basecamp lounge right in Northstar’s Village where you can store ski gear, warm up by the fire, hideaway for lunch and gets bonus points for being right next door to the spa.

Mountainside
The only true ski-in/ski-out residences in Tahoe. Ski directly from your back door, avoid parking, crowds, lines and experience what the freedom of skiing is really all about.
Phase II of the Boulders will include 5 more ski-in/ski-out residences, which are currently under construction and available by reservation. And the gated M25 community has only 7 exclusive home sites remaining.
Old Greenwood & Gray’s Crossing
If you opt into the Tahoe Mountain Club there’s a shuttle you can catch at the Pavilion in Old Greenwood.
Northstar’s Community & Village
When you’re in the Village you can’t get any close to the party, and out in the community you can simply order up a shuttle via a newly deployed smartphone app.
