Welcome to Crystal Bay
Crystal Bay is the first town you’ll encounter when crossing the California/Nevada state line
Crystal Bay, Nevada is the first town you’ll encounter when crossing the California/Nevada state line just west of Incline Village, NV, and east of Kings Beach, CA. The beautiful Lake Tahoe town allows its residents to stroll from one state to the other along the bay’s crystal clear waters. The entire town is about 1 square mile, with ~40% of that being water. Census reports a population of 330, with most homes located on the waters shore. An extraordinary Lake Tahoe community for a chosen few.
Homeowners in Crystal Bay enjoy most Incline Village amenity privileges, including access to the Incline Village recreation and fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, and two Championship golf courses.
There are many tax benefits to becoming a Nevada resident, including no personal income tax, no corporate income tax, no gross receipts tax, no franchise tax, no inventory tax, and no tax on the issuance of corporate shares (plus, no requirements of shareholders and directors to live in Nevada, and no tax on sale or transfer of shares), as well as no succession or inheritance with IRS, and low property taxes.
